Ranger Tool & Die is a total concept job shop that will manufacture your complex, precision parts with quality in mind.  We can provide a range of machining services including:  turning, 2 through 5 axis milling, RAM and wire EDM, contouring, drilling, tapping and internal and external thread grinding.   Heat Treating and plating can also be provided by our certified vendors.  We are experienced in working with a wide variety of metals and plastics.  Your machining needs will be met with professional craftsmanship made possible by more than 60 years of experience.
CNC machining from our customer’s supplied CAD data enables us to provide close tolerance for complex surfaces and dimensions.  Our CNC machines run with very little operator assistance.  You can expect high quality finished parts as a result of the CNC’s accurate representation of the specifications and our Zeiss CMM inspection machines capabilities.
